The Baron Jedrey Foundation was officially established in 2024. The creation of the foundation was inspired by the Jedrey Family Foundation, which left a significant imprint on the Wilmington community for over 20 years. In the Fall of 2020, the passing of Carly Rae Baron inspired the Baron & Jedrey families to join forces with a new foundation designed to honor the memory of Carly and restore the renowned Jedrey Family Foundation.

At the Baron Jedrey Foundation, our top priority is to help people in need. The Jedrey Family Foundation was known for raising money to help those battling cancer with their medical bills. This is one of many things our foundation plans to continue. The Baron Jedrey Foundation also proudly funds the Carly Rae Memorial Scholarship given annually to a student at Ashley High School where Carly Baron attended.
